Engagements

Audit and monitoring services are provided only under a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site. That includes attempting unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping it at scale or submitting false information through its forms.

Intellectual property

The site's content, design, logos and materials belong to ZeroPBM or its licensors. Public benchmark data, such as CMS NADAC pricing, belongs to its respective sources.

Third-party links

The site links to outside resources, such as CMS data. We are not responsible for their content or availability.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. Figures shown on the site, such as illustrative savings, are examples and do not guarantee results for any particular plan.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZeroPBM is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts.
