Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information ZeroPBM collects through zeropbm.com and how we use it. Audit engagements are covered by a separate written agreement and, where applicable, a Business Associate Agreement (BAA).

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the email form or write to us, we receive your email address and anything you include in your message.
Technical information. When you submit the form, we record the time, your IP address, your browser's user-agent string and the page that referred you. We use this to prevent spam and abuse.
Engagement data. Claims data shared during an audit is handled under the engagement agreement, not this policy. We ask for de-identified data only.

We do not use advertising trackers or sell personal information.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry and follow up about our services.
To operate, secure and improve the website.
To meet legal obligations.

Service providers

We use a small number of vendors to run the site and our email, including our hosting provider (Vercel), our transactional email provider (Resend) and our email and workspace provider (Google). They process information only on our behalf.

Retention

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain business records, and delete it when it is no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing audit@zeropbm.com. Every marketing email we send includes an opt-out.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
